Personal qualities
Self-motivated, disciplined, passionate with the business
Possession of highest personal integrity and standards
Team player with flexibility to assess situations and issues from different angles
Skills
Strong communicating and presentation skill
Strong analytical skills with process-oriented mentality
Familiar with computer software applicants
Knowledge and experience
College/University graduate or above
Minimum 2 years experience in staffing and training field of HR
Experiences with FMCG multi-national companies, preferably in the beverage industry
